<Profile of chef> 

Chef Masa was born in here Matsumoto,Japan. He started his career at Hotel

Seiyo Ginza as French chef.

He was attracted to simplicity,beauty and passion on the dish of Italian cooking 

while he was working at the hotel.

"ACQUA PAZZA", prominent fine dining restaurant in Tokyo, is his starting point 

to engage in Italian cuisine and he had the first experience worked as head chef.  

After nine years, Masa had an opportunity to work at Michelin star restaurant

"Duomo" in Sicily, and the experience and everyday life with friendly Sicilian people

made basic concept for our "Cucina".

Masa also worked as head chef at one of "Partenope", popular Pizza restaurant 

certified as a member of "Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana" in Tokyo,

and at "MARGHERITA RESORT HOTEL" , highly regarded hotel at GOTO islands

in Nagasaki. 

We puruse our cucina to be an oasis for tourists and for the locals to enjoy 

Sicilian cuisine. 



We are offering set menu and à la carte menu.
